RETURNS

We want you to love your recovery! If you aren't completely satisfied with your RegenX product, we offer a straightforward 14-day return policy.

The 14-Day Window: You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Condition of the Item: To be eligible for a full refund, your massagers must be in clean, like-new condition, and returned in their original packaging with all included cords and accessories.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. You will be given the price of the return label before it is processed.
